Meetings
Pack Meetings
The full pack meets once a month on the 3rd Thursday at Community United Methodist Church (777 Miramontes St) in Half Moon Bay. Meetings begin at 6:30pm and run for about an hour. Scouts should wear their Class A uniforms.
Pack meetings are when we celebrate and award advancements, learn skills, and play games. For parents, this is also a key time to learn about upcoming events and activities.
Pack meetings, along with some planned activities, can be found on the pack calendar.
Den Meetings
Individual dens meet once or twice a month at a time and location coordinated by the Den Leader and scout parents. Typically this will be at a public park or the Den Leader's home. Uniforms are not needed for den meetings, though many scouts like to wear one of their scouting t-shirts.
Den meetings are where most of the work on advancement occurs. Meetings will often include crafts, games, discussion, and outdoor activities. Lion and Tiger scouts (kindergarten and first grade) are required to have a parent at den meetings, and family involvement is strongly encouraged at all age levels.
Talk with your Den Leader to find out the meeting schedule for your den.
